About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant in Consumer Operations, supporting our products as a Testing Coordinator. The Testing Coordinator acts as a liaison between our Product Leaders, End users, and Technology groups to collaborate and provide quality outcomes for our customers. In this role, you will: Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive testing strategies, test plans, and testing progress. Lead or participate in driving quality outcomes by supporting technology initiatives for moderately complex business problems. Contribute to the quality outcome of software changes that are both cost effective and meet the customer needs. Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of planning and direction to successfully deliver quality outcomes for resolution. Act as an internal consultant with technology and business groups by using quality tools to assist improving testing processes. Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues to provide solutions to manage both effort schedules and deliverables. Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams. Required Qualifications: 4 years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge and understanding of credit card products, policies, and procedures Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as Confluence or Jira Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships Knowledge and understanding of Wells Fargo credit card applications and integration of systems Job Expectations: Ability to work on-site at one of the posted work locations Posting Locations: Charlotte, North Carolina West Des Moines, Iowa Minneapolis, Minnesota Chandler, Arizona .
