Description
Through our shared values and culture of professional team service, we engage and inspire the Aggie Network to support Texas Aggies and perpetuate the Aggie Spirit. We seek an individual to join a highly motivated team in selflessly advancing The Association of Former Students’ noble mission by performing responsible and confidential administrative duties for the President and CEO, the Senior Vice President, and the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO.

DUTIES
Performs duties and takes initiative in support of the President and CEO, the Senior Vice President and the Executive Assistant:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Required: Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to organize concurrent projects and manage time while working independently with minimal supervision or collaboratively with a high-functioning team in an environment of multitasking and rapid change. Flexibility to adjust to rapidly changing situations and solve problems with a positive attitude. Ability to develop long-lasting and professional relationships and interact with current and former students, as well as friends of Texas A&M. Ability to use standard office equipment and software. Ability to carry objects up to 30 pounds and to stand for long periods and move quickly when needed at events.
Preferred: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office software suite. Advanced software skills to perform administrative duties as required in maintaining communications, databases and spreadsheets. General familiarity with the Texas A&M University campus and its offices.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Strong commitment to the mission and vision of The Association of Former Students, with the ability and desire to advocate for the organization and Texas A&M University. Outgoing personality with a positive and friendly attitude. Professional attire and behavior. Texas driver’s license and a good driving record.
