ASPYR Holdings LLC is Hiring a HR Administrator Near Costa Mesa, CA

We are ASPYR Holdings LLC, and we currently own and operate over 45 Orangetheory Fitness Studios in Northern and Southern California. http://www.orangetheoryfitness.com. We recently expanded our business by opening up Restore Hyper wellness Franchises http://www.restore.com

We are looking for a (Human Resources) HR Administrator to join our team reporting to the Director of HR. If you have a passion for HR, are familiar with labor law and look to kickstart your career in the field, this is the place to be. Your role as an HR Administrator will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing recrutiment processes, administering employee benefits and managing the HRIS system.

Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding
o Create offer letters
o Onboard employees via HRIS system
o Submit background checks
o Conduct reference checks
o Verify all training is complete
o Train and educate new hires on processes and policies

2. Maintain and learn the HRIS system (PAYCOM)
o Work with payroll on terminations and new hires
o Process all changes, transfers and increases
o Assist with Open enrollment and benefit changes
o Maintain Employee electronic filing system

3. Recruitment
o Post jobs on Careerplug and Indeed
o Prescreen and interview candidates
o Assist Hiring Managers in the interview process
o Participate in recruiting events

Skills

  • Proven experience in Human Resources
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of Paycom will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
  • Additional HR training will be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
