Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with billing and service inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Analyze customer accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Communicate effectively with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Insurance Personal Lines Licensing is a must.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
