Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Your exceptional organizational skills and ability to provide excellent customer service will contribute to the overall guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Verify and balance all revenue and settlement accounts
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations and financial transactions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with the check-in and check-out processes as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met during their stay
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using hotel management software systems
- Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.85 - $20.30 per hour
