Ascendo is hiring for a strong Data Entry Specialist here in Manhattan!

Responsibilities :

• As a Data Entry Associate, you will be required to review bills and perform data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software.
• Review documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, acquiring missing or correct data when necessary.
• Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency
• Support and assist Inventory, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams with data entry and data accuracy.
• Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
• Ad hoc clerical assistance to the accounting department.

Requirements and Qualifications :

• GED or equivalent degree
• 1 years experience in a relevant field.
• Passionate about ensuring accuracy in your work and you have excellent attention to detail
• Customer focused and understanding of others
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
