About the Role:
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Job Title: Project Manager – Smart Sheets
Responsibilities
Day to Day:
- Client is seeking an IT Project Manager with a strong background in managing medium/large complex Change the Business and/or multiple projects including Regulatory, Wealth Management, PCG, and initiatives with significant impact on business processes and technology used firm wide.
- Influences strategic direction and develops tactical plans with substantial latitude.
- Provides comprehensive solutions to complex problems and has extensive contact with internal clients and the business.
- Manages complex projects from proposal and requirements definition to project planning and implementation, using broad and extensive input from industry and/or business unit subject matter experts.
Must Have:
- Smart Sheets experience
- Admin level experience
- Smart sheet integration experience
- 5-7 years of PMO experience
- Experience working on projects across the back office and regulatory reporting
- SEC rules knowledge
- MS PowerPoint
- Stakeholder escalation and management experience
Nice to Have:
- PMP certification
- Bachelor's Degree or equal experience
- Banking / Financial Services industry experience

Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100000 – $115000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
