Responsible for generating positive results in customer and adjuster satisfaction, overall planning, documentation and direction of coordinators, subcontractors, materials and supplies to produce the expected gross profit and cycle times on each job.QualificationsOver 2 years of Insurance Restoration (mitigation) experience Over 2 years Reconstruction estimating and project managementOver 2 years Estimating preferably using Xactimate*Over 5 years Project management and deliveryGeneral understanding of construction / restoration principles (framing, plumbing, electrical etc.)Administration and efficient daily (and on call) operation of a full service branch officeExcellent computer skills (email, excel, word, Xactimate*, digital pictures, DASH*)Well organized and capable of running multiple jobs at a timeWill do what it takes to get the job done right, on time and on budgetQuality customer service skills working with insurance adjusters and homeownersProvides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture of the companyProfessional conduct able to sell the restoration services to insurance adjusters, property managers and home ownersThorough knowledge of insurance claims operations and proceduresAbility to evaluate and make decisions, recognize potential issues, hazards and observe appropriate precautions, understand and remember detailed instructionsStrong ability to listen, discern, prioritize, and negotiate with clients and insurance carrier representatives based on a deep understanding of relevant issuesProven clean driving recordClean Background checkAble to successfully pass periodic drug testing*Experience with these programs not required, but a plus!
