About the Role:

Job Title: Quality Engineering Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and evolution of QE strategy, methodology, and framework for consumer lending.
• Provide strategic direction and support to leadership across loan origination, servicing, data, and system performance.
• Mentor and guide the QE team, driving quality outcomes through test automation and innovation.
• Establish and maintain quality standards, ensuring high adherence levels.
• Collaborate with development and support teams to align with QE strategy and best practices.
• Drive continuous QA improvements and monitor metrics and SLAs.
• Serve as an escalation point and primary contact for QE teams.

Desired Skills:

• QE experience with a focus on the commercial Loan/Mortgage industry.
• Proven QE program management across multiple projects in a global delivery model.
• Proficiency in various testing aspects such as system, functional, regression, and performance.
• Experience with QA in agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and recognize talent.
• Thought leadership in adopting emerging trends in software quality assurance.
• Excellent communication skills to provide updates to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in building strong relationships across business, IT, and vendor partners.
• Proficiency in risk management and experience in managing testing departments.

Location: Hybrid in Dallas (2-3 days onsite)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $120,000-130,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
