The primary purpose of your job position is to handle the reception desk duties of the facility in accordance with current acceptable customer service policies and procedures relating to the long-term care operation in a pleasant and helpful manner. Other specific job duties not related to the reception desk and customer service may also be directed by the Administration.
As Receptionist, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
