Responsibilities and Skills:

• Hard working & efficient work style
• Ability to work as an individual and within a team
• Attending to routine and sometimes emergency maintenance calls
• Assist with preventative maintenance
• Maintain grounds
• Trash Pickup
• Paint interior/exterior walls
• Assist in trashing out vacant units as needed
• Minor Repairs as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

• Must hold valid driver's license with good record
• Prior residential repairs knowledge (Plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
• HVAC Knowledge is a plus!
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Qualifications:

• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull 25 – 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, climb, and crouch
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of potential weather conditions
