Full time position available for experienced general maintenance technician with local commercial property management company. Salary with Benefits and vehicle allowance. Applicant must be reliable and have 3-5 years experience in commercial building maintenance and property upkeep. Hours 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday. Position will require availability to respond to after hour's emergency calls. Must have reliable vehicle capable of carrying an extension ladder, truck preferred. Knowledge in general building repair with the ability to trouble shoot maintenance discrepancies and recommend repairs. Excellent customer service skills required. Experienced in working with contractors on service contracts. Ability to work within a work order system to properly record time and materials for each completed task. Duties will include but not limited to lighting repairs, light electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and roof maintenance. Applicant must be able to climb ladder to access roof, some lifting required and have own hand tools. Please email your resume.
