Artcraft Management, an industry leader in Property Management, is currently receiving applications for a Seasonal Leasing Consultant in Williamsburg, Va. This is a temporary short-term position expected to last from April 2024 to October 2024. Let's get to know each other and let's get leasing!
Our ideal candidate for this position will have 1 year prior apartment leasing experience, professionalism, a strong closing ratio, and superb customer service skills. If you have a superstar personality and strong work ethic, we're here to find you!

Responsibilities
- Present apartments/facilities to prospective tenants in a friendly and persuasive manner
- Assist in discovering suitable tenants
- Phone, email, and in person correspondence
- Promote unoccupied units via social media and advertising platforms
- Provide accurate information on the different features of units and facilities
- Validate application information and references
- Negotiate leasing terms, assess requirements and financial status, and complete agreements
Job Requirements/Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and well-rounded time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Hold or be wiling to obtain Fair Housing course certification
- Working knowledge of social media outlets and Microsoft Office applications
- Possess an ability to work independently and thrive as part of a team
- Appfolio experience is a plus
