Job Summary
  • As a dedicated professional in this role, you will play a pivotal part in fortifying and nurturing client relationships, acting as a key advocate and liaison within our organization. Your primary focus will be on steering revenue growth by adeptly managing both new product launches and the replenishment orders of existing accounts. Your strategic contributions will extend to the implementation of client retention initiatives, fostering enduring partnerships, elevating overall client satisfaction, and contributing significantly to our overarching business success.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers.
  • Client Retention: Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure long-term relationships and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Customer Support: Provide responsive and effective customer support to address inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues.
  • BOM Updates & Creation: Maintain and update Bills of Materials to ensure product accuracy and meet client specifications. Create new BOMs as needed for new products or modifications.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and advocate for their needs within the company.
  • PO Entry/Order Management: Accurately enter purchase orders and manage the entire order lifecycle, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and meet customer requirements.
  • Customer Supplied Material Management: Liaise with customers to coordinate the delivery and receipt of customer-supplied materials, including tracking ETAs and packing slips. Create internal purchase orders as necessary.
  • Finished Goods Shipping: Facilitate and manage the shipping of finished goods between the client and the internal shipping department, ensuring orders reach their destination on time and in excellent condition.
  • Production Timing Escalations: Collaborate with the planning team to address and resolve any production timing escalations promptly, ensuring that client expectations are met and orders are delivered as scheduled.
  • Company Growth: Drive company growth by ensuring a superior customer experience and operational excellence.
  • Problem Resolution: Address complex customer issues, providing innovative solutions to enhance satisfaction and foster client loyalty.
  • Ancillary Fee management: Ensure clients are aware of additional charges related to business support (stability, annual stability, safety/claim testing, PET, regulatory certifications).
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Provide superior customer service to exceed customer expectations
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a very positive attitude
  • Persuasive and unafraid to negotiate; has good business sense
  • Up-to-date on the latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Able to multi-task while efficiently managing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Pays strict attention to detail
  • Minimum of three years related experience in sales, management, or relevant role in the industry
  • Superior computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Salesforce or other programs a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; or equivalent experience required
