Salary: $41,000-$46,000, Grade 5 (based on experience)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hour work week with overtime as required

• Processing customer orders, returns, debits, and credits, and quality resolution on all issues in a timely manner
• Maintain small to medium accounts with low-medium complexity

• Perform various customer service duties including but not limited to assisting customers in determining order requirements, product availability, answering customer order related inquiries, providing samples, providing direction/selection assistance, completing sales transactions, and order tracking
• Identify inquiries and seek information from appropriate internal departments to gather required information

• Back up support within the Customer Service department as needed

• 1 years of relevant experience
• Critical thinking skills with the ability to anticipate next steps
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
