Arcosa Brand is Hiring a HR Business Partner Near Rosharon, TX

What You Will Do:• Manage all employee relations concerns 
• Partner with all levels of leadership to align HR strategy with business goals and objectives, direction, and vision
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations
• Provide performance management guidance to leaders (coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions, including terminations)
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
• Identify and provide training needs for ASR employees along with individual coaching needs
• Work closely with management and employees to improve relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
• Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, and top talent development

What You'll Need:• Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a similar field
• Effective verbal and written communication at all levels of an organization, including department heads, managers, employees, and vendors to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions
• Knowledge of employment law and progressive disciplinary processes.
• Professional image anchored by sound judgment, discretion, and attention to detail
