Archdiocese of Detroit is Hiring a Business Manager Near Troy, MI
- Oversee all aspects of bookkeeping and accounting functions.
- Prepare and present all financial reports, including Annual Budget and Annual Financial Report for the Pastor, department heads, the Parish Finance Council, and the Archdiocese of Detroit.
- Oversee management of the facilities.
- Performs all human resource functions for the Parish up to and including reports to governmental agencies. Experience with Paycor is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, or management and five to seven years management experience in a business, non-profit, or parish environment.
- Extensive experience in personnel supervision, facilities management, and general administration.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with QuickBooks (migrating to Sage/Intacct), ParishSoft and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Understands and respects Catholic tradition and practices.
