Description
- Greeting parishioners and visitors by phone or in person, handling their inquiries, transferring calls and taking accurate phone messages
- Administer Mass Intention requests
- Assist with other clerical tasks and support of the parish office and ministry staff
- Document intake and sign-ups
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual
- Ability to work with others
- Ability to manage multiple tasks during peak periods
- Familiarity with phone system usage, basic office equipment, use of basic email, spreadsheets, etc.
