Crossroads Dental is Hiring a Dental Receptionist/Part Time Near Longmont, CO

Crossroads Dental is a privately owned, general dentistry practice located in Longmont, Colorado. We are a family and cosmetic dentistry practice that treats guests of all ages. We are actively seeking a part-time Dental Receptionist to join our team. A successful candidate enjoys working with the public, has excellent customer service and communication skills, and a willingness to learn new things. This position has the potential for growth for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

As the first point of contact with our practice, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. Duties include greeting and checking in guests, scheduling future appointments, managing incoming calls, and providing assistance to our guests to ensure the highest level of service. We would like our candidate to be open to being cross trained in other dental office duties.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of one year of experience working in a dental office setting is required

- Knowledge of dental software (Eaglesoft) and insurance plans is advantageous

- Proficient in answering telephones and managing calls effectively

This is an excellent opportunity for a friendly, outgoing, and reliable front office assistant. The applicant must have the ability to take direction, have a professional attitude, and become a team player.
