Come aboard at the Acupuncture Clinic of Boulder, Inc. Are you a Jack of All Trades? We our looking for someone to greet and schedule patients, answer phones, turn over treatment rooms, and light cleaning. Acupuncture treatments are a perk of your position.

Our clinic hours are:

Monday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Tuesday - Thursday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Saturday 10 a.m to 3 p.m./5 p.m.

If you are a student, your hours can change with your semester schedule, if you are not, we hope you are open to adjusting your schedule to accommodate our other front desk staff. Ideally you are able to make a one year commitment and will be here during the summer.

We are looking for 1 person who is available:

This is a year-round position. For the Spring and Summer semester 2024, we are looking for the following shifts:

Monday 2 - 7:15 p.m.

Friday 1 - 5:15 p.m.

Saturday 10 - 3 p.m. (Saturdays are a must)

Note: June 17 - July 9, and August 5-12 we are looking for extra coverage (up to 20 extra hours/week).

Requirements:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

If you have Social Media experience, it is a definite plus!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 15 per week
