Job Summary:
The Receptionist/ Client Experience Specialist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients and perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks as directed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greets clients, visitors, and guests.
- Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
- Identifies customer needs and takes proactive steps to maintain positive customer experience.
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
- Maintains filing systems as assigned.
- Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions in a timely manner.
- Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
- Assists with data entry for accounting records including accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable.
- Distributes reports as directed.
- Collects customer payments.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Experience in Fire & Security field a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
- Must be able to work safely at client sites in a variety of weather conditions and terrains.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
