The Role
We're looking for a junior to mid-level associate counsel to assist our General Counsel with a wide variety of matters ranging from corporate work to litigation to real estate and more. The most important things for you to bring to the role are some corporate experience, strong intellect and a desire to learn about a wide range of subjects. In this newly created role you will report directly to our General Counsel and be deeply involved in matters touching upon all of the below:
- Corporate law (including diligence, as well as drafting and reviewing contracts)
- Employment law
- Litigation
- Real estate
- Entity management and corporate record keeping
Relevant Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- J.D.
- 2 years of experience as an attorney (will consider paralegal experience as well)
- A keen understanding or interest in business
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office apps
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint a plus
Compensation
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
