The Field Marketing Coordinator is a creative, organized, and detail-oriented individual who has a passion for marketing in the food, beverage and hospitality industry.

This role is responsible for executing marketing strategies across a range of field accounts on the West Coast. With a goal of increasing participation and sales within our accounts.

This individual will have the ability to think both creatively and strategically, while executing innovative, exciting, experience-driven solutions which continue to improve our premier program.

Experience in design in Canva or other programs is necessary. Ability to communicate and work cross-functionally with a variety of teams, both internal and external is paramount to the success of this role.

COMPENSATION : The salary rate for this position ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.

This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an at-will position and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department / team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities

The candidate must be able to commute regularly to accounts across the West Coast.

• Ability to create marketing materials via Canva or other design software is required.
• Work with operators and front-line managers to develop signage and marketing collateral for various accounts across the field, in line with their branding requirements.
• Support the field with one-off marketing needs, and provide on-site support as needed (travel)
• Assist sites with signage, smallwares, and merchandising as needed.
• Support operation teams in the field with marketing and programming for café, catering, and pantries.
• Partner with Field Marketing Director and Senior Leadership to support specific needs that drive measurable results across the campus.
• Assist in product merchandising for accounts.
• Assist in the creation and management of social media accounts for clients, in line with their specific needs, and make recommendations on strategy enhancements.
• Responsible for the creation and development of national monthly marketing engagement programs and initiatives.
• Meet regularly with clients to present new ideas and plans that deliver on client-driven project goals.
• Builds relationship with clients, organization department heads and subgroups / community groups.
• Coordinate special events, promotions, marketing collateral, media interaction, website updates, social media marketing.
• Responsible for managing and maintaining respective updates for online café websites.
• Provide continuous support with product and program innovation, including participating in marketing presentations.
• Protect the integrity of the client brand and proprietary information.
• The ideal candidate would possess some of these extra skills : experience writing creative briefs and working with design agencies.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2-4 years of marketing or retail merchandising experience with a proven record of success and effective performance.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or hospitality management is highly preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Canva and / or Adobe InDesign is essential.
• Experience in contracted dining services or retail merchandising is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Experience or proven track record to work optimally in a fast-paced environment with internal and external partners.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills including presentation, public speaking, and client interaction skills.
• Must be able to efficiently utilize social media and understand digital marketing.
• Great time management skills and self-discipline, ability to ensure timely delivery of all projects and initiatives.
• Must be able to efficiently use MS Office products to accomplish work tasks, especially PowerPoint.
• Must be a team-player with a can-do attitude.
