POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources (HR) Director is a self-starter and creative HR leader responsible for directing all Human Resource functions for CitySquare. These functions include but are not limited to: building a recruitment/ candidate engagement process, leading new hires throughout the employment cycle at CitySquare, executing employee relations strategy/processes and serving as a partner/coach to CitySquare team members in the day to day application of HR practices(progressive discipline, termination of employment) ; oversee employee benefits and compensation strategy to ensure we are competitive and aligned from a mission perspective; overseeing employee federal compliance programs (Worker’s Comp, OSHA, COBRA, FLSA and FMLA); develop and implement necessary policies and procedure; evaluate and develop employee learning and development strategies and initiatives; ensure internal HR compliance including proper upkeep of HR files and documentation. The HR Director will lead CitySquare HR into the next generation in partnership with the CEO. CitySquare is also looking to revamp its DEI Committee and practices, and this role will work closely with the CEO on this.
Key priorities for the first year include: HRIS evaluation/implementation; Employee Engagement/Satisfaction Strategy; Compensation and Policy Review/Revision; DEI Committee.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Experience: 7-10 years Human Resource management experience, with some years in a non-profit setting, preferably.
Licensure/Certification: PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
Additional Requirements: Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Proficient in using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems. Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours as requested and/or necessary.
Benefits
SALARY RANGE: $85,000-100,000, DOE
