AquaTech Swimis seeking Customer Service Managers to oversee and maintain customer service and customer accounts for our swim schools. FULL PAID TRAINING provided.
Currently NOT_ hiring seasonal staff (summer only, etc) - We _ARE_ hiring staff for long term employment._
CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER PAY:

• PAY RATE: Starting base pay rate $20/hour.
• HOURLY BONUSES: Hourly bonuses of $2-$3/hour on top of base pay rate based on attendance and punctuality (overall rate becomes $21-$22/hour with bonuses added)

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER SCHEDULE:
Looking for full time Managers - Must be able to work a minimum of 1 weekend day

• Mondays 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesdays 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Wednesdays 11:30 AM - 8:30 AM
• Thursdays 11:30 AM - 8:30 AM
• Fridays 11:30 AM - 8:30 AM
• Saturdays 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Sundays 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER WORK LOCATIONS:

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS - Looking for long term employment applicants:

• High school graduate - 18 years of age
• Proven, successful management or leadership experience (1 years)
• Previous customer service experience (1 years)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to relate well to diverse groups; excellent listening & problem solving skills
• Tech savvy - can learn new technology quickly and easily

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Maintain transparent communication; Appropriately communicate company information through management meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate channels of communication.
• Attract potential customers by answering questions about AquaTech offerings.
• Assist customers by creating accounts, modifying existing accounts or updating account information.
• Resolve problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining cause of the problem and finding the best solution to solve the problem.
• Update customers on lesson progress, goal achievements and graduations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
