Aqrawi & Associates PLLC is Hiring a Litigation Paralegal Near Houston, TX
Personal Injury Law Firm is in search of an individual with exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, excellent written & verbal communication skills, and loves the challenge of meeting deadlines in the role of Litigation Paralegal. This individual has genuine passion for helping others, thrives in a high-volume work environment and displays a forward-thinking mindset while handling the following responsibilities on Personal Injury Litigation cases;
- Drafting and filing initial petitions
- Managing the service delivery of all citations
- Drafting and completing all discovery shells
- Managing and maintaining all the calendaring & scheduling related to the progression of a Personal Injury Caseload, including depositions & mediations
- Preparing for Trial
- Work on additional tasks as required by management
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (1) years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal handling Personal Injury Cases
- Experience handling a caseload of 60 litigation cases is a strong plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Filevine Case Management Software system is a plus
- Experience handling cases in State and Federal court is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay:
- $16 – $25 based on experience
