Do you have prior experience in Business Development for the Banking, Marketing, and/or Advertising industries? Are you interested in operations, supervising, motivating, coaching and training shift supervisors and new employees?

The ideal individual in this position will be required to develop, implement, and execute marketing strategies that are aligned with the set business objectives and target revenue goals implemented by the CEO. This position requires a thorough knowledge of the market, marketable solutions and services, business acumen, the company's mission and vision, and the competitive landscape.
Requirements

• Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to develop new business opportunities for the company.
• Develops negotiation strategies by evaluating risks and potentials.
• Fosters beneficial relationships with business partners, potential clients, and business contacts in order to attract new business and enhance organization reputation.
• Assess potential customers by providing information on how they can benefit from this opportunity.
• Research and analyze existing client relationships; identify gaps or issues as needed.
• Evaluates, determines, and realizes monthly, quarterly, and yearly business growth goals.
• Collaborating with the team on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
• Study the market inclusive, but not limit of competitors, carriers, manufacturers to be updated market trends, fluctuation, and change.
• Protect the company's benefit by strictly complying with policies and regulations.
• Represents the company at trade organizations, on committees, and during board meetings, when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not required) or a 2-year college degree, or completion of a specialized study at school, or extensive in-house training
• Three years to five years of similar or related experience
• Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential for the job - Work involves contact with internal/external members
• Decision making requires analytical ability, judgement, and ingenuity - moderate amount of discretion
• Problems encountered are somewhat complex, analysis, weighing the outcomes - problems are generally similar in nature
