As an Administrator at Happy Home Cleaning Chicago LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all administrative tasks and procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively. You will also be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office operations including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing paperwork
- Schedule and coordinate cleaning appointments with clients and cleaners
- Ensure all client inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Prepare and issue invoices and process payments
- Collect and compile data to prepare reports for management
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure our high standards are consistently met
- Organize and maintain company records and documents
- Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of the cleaning industry is an asset
