Job Title : Call Center Customer Service Representative (Temporary)

Location : Monroe Area

Salary : $15 per hour

Are you a computer-savvy individual with a passion for customer service? We are currently seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Monroe Area on an open-ended temporary basis.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone and in-person interactions.

This role requires heavy data entry, so proficiency in computer skills is essential.

Responsibilities :

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Conduct heavy data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

Adapt quickly to new processes and learn by doing.

Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of individuals.

Maintain a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Enjoy working with people and have a passion for helping others.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong computer literacy and proficiency in data entry.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Thick skin and a positive attitude, especially when handling challenging situations.

Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.

Must LOVE being on the phone and interacting with customers.
