Law firm in the Tampa area is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal.
This role can be remote, but must live within 50 miles of the Tampa office
Commercial Real Estate Paralegal in its downtown Tampa office. Responsibilities include coordinating due diligence; reviewing titles and surveys; drafting and reviewing purchase, sale and loan documents; vendor scheduling; and reviewing zoning reports, service contracts and permits. Such applicant should have a minimum of five years’ experience with commercial real estate closings and title.
Majority of their experience must be commercial closings
