Responsibilities in this role include: -Maintains and balances prepaid accounts. -Perform daily accounts payable functions and backup receivables functions. -Reconciliation of month-end and year-end. -Develop and maintain accounting process and procedures to improve efficiency. -Prepare journal entries and month end accruals.-Prepare month-end and year-end balance sheet reconciliations. -Assist with month-end and year-end financial statements-Assist with payroll processing Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent.-3 years of hands-on accounting experience.-Thorough understanding of GAAP.-Strong analytical and accounting skills.-Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Excel.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Great benefits.
