Responsibilities :

• Handle incoming calls to support all claim functions, with a focus on loss reporting.
• Take new loss reports via phone, mail, and facsimile while meeting quality and efficiency goals set by the department.
• Maintain appropriate average call time and average release time as directed by the unit Supervisor.
• Ensure a positive claim reporting experience for customers, as measured by monthly Customer Service Quality Assurance Reviews.
• Provide accurate support functions for the claims department, including transcriptions, manual claim assignments, and translations as required.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
