Hybrid/New York, NY Salary Range: $135,000 - $190,000 The Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for supporting all phases of project management from discovery through initiation and execution. This position collaborates with team members and business unit leaders to execute work plans, set timelines, and make revisions when appropriate. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assist FVP, Deputy Director of Enterprise Project Management with coordination of bank wide projects for various departments and follow up activities with various stakeholders. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables. Define project tasks and resource requirements. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools. Execute project work plans and timelines and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Provide management reporting and information dissemination. Keep stakeholders abreast on progress of the project at hand. Work with various departments of the bank to determine ongoing projects and maintain & track projects in a central place. Identify project risks and develop and track mitigation plans based on organizational controls. Troubleshoot project related issues and prioritize project activities to reduce impact. Participate in project meetings along with EPM, developing, and maintaining project reports. Perform project management duties and produce artifacts in compliance with QA/QC process requirements. Perform other duties as requested. SKILLS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree required. 6 years of project management experience at a financial institution experience strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal written) skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint). Must be self-motivated and innovative. Must be detail oriented. Strong organization, problem-solving and teamwork skills. #Li-Hybrid Visa sponsorship not available.
