Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support our logistics team. The Logistics Assistant will play a key role in assisting with the coordination and execution of the movement of goods and materials. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and interested in gaining experience in the field of logistics.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Logistics Coordinator in planning, coordinating, and executing the movement of goods and materials.

• Help manage relationships with freight forwarders, 3PLs, and other logistics service providers.

• Support the monitoring and maintenance of delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Assist in collaborating with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders for efficient logistics operations.

• Help track inventory levels and assist in ensuring sufficient supplies to meet customer demands.

• Aid in communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve any logistical issues.

• Support the analysis of logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Assist in managing logistics costs, including storage, transportation, and handling.

• Perform administrative tasks related to logistics operations, such as documentation and record keeping.
