Project:

• Resource will support the online portal
• They are onboarding a new system to allow certain clients to gain access to online portal

Day to Day:

• Client focused - internal and external
• Interact with sales reps, customers and other operations departments
• Provision and grant access to the online portal
• Ensure validity prior to provisioning access

Must Have:

• Customer service experience

• Strong attention to detail

• Adherence to procedure and policy for accepting documentation into our system of record

• Experience with MS Office suite
