About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Director - Deposit Customer Experience to join the Consumer and Business Deposits team as part of Consumer, Small & Business Banking. This role will lead the team responsible for driving improvements in the client experience with insights from customer and employee feedback channels. This leader will provide vision, creativity, innovation, and analytical thinking to product and channel teams to influence the designs of our deposit products and processes and improve Customer and Employee experiences while maintaining a multi-year roadmap.

In this role, you will:
  • Have direct accountability for driving meaningful customer experience improvements and initiatives related to Consumer and Small Business deposit products
  • Maintain a multi-year roadmap on customer experience enhancements and influence change across key stakeholders
  • Partner with enterprise teams to build, maintain, and share data driven dashboards to key experience indicators of customer and employee experience measures
  • Monitor and analysis customer and employee feedback to ensure compliance with the enterprise policies
  • Operate in a fast paced, matrixed organization requiring the ability to influence change across a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and organizational goals
Required Qualifications:
  • 8 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4 years of management experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience identifying key complaint themes, conducting root cause analysis and providing feedback on ways to enhance overall complaint policies, processes and procedures
  • Experience managing employee feedback programs
  • Experience documenting experience journeys and integrating into the design of new or enhanced products and processes
  • Experience creating strategic roadmaps to increase customer and employee experience
  • Experience in identifying process efficiencies and making recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Experience in utilizing data to analyze trends
  • Experience influencing strategy at multiple levels of an organization
  • Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
