Wells Fargo is Hiring a Lead Business Execution Consultant - COO Portfolio Governance and Insights Near Minneapolis, MN

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the COO Portfolio Governance and Insights Team which is accountable for annual / continuous investment planning and prioritization, change and portfolio governance, and change readiness across the Wells Fargo COO Portfolio and Book of Work.
In this role, you will:
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to improve the maturity of the annual / continuous investment planning framework and process across COO.
  • Collaborate with business, technology, finance, and change delivery partners to gather inputs, asses business value, and validate assumptions with investment plans.
  • Ensure the annual plan aligns with strategic goals, objectives, and key results.
  • Analyze and govern the performance of portfolio objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Prepare executive level report-outs on the COO investment performance, including but not limited to portfolio objectives and key results, intra-year re-prioritization.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions.
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, financial analysis and portfolio / program management
  • Portfolio Management experience
  • Change Management experience
  • Experience building business cases and processes to secure yearly funding
  • Experience both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to executive management
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology governance risk and compliance processes such as; policies, control standards, risk management concepts, or information security
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
  • Willingness to work on-site in one of the listed locations

New York City - Pay Range: $115,900.00 - $206,100.00
