Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Manage staffing assignments and coordinate with clients to restaff them when necessary
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure compliance with onboarding processes
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs
- Support employee relations initiatives and investigations as needed
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs for employees
Required:
- Experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Preference will be given to those with experience in:
- Linux Desktop Environment (GNOME)
- American Sign Language (ASL)
