About the Role

Anza seeks a Data Operations Coordinator, to take ownership and further develop the PV supplier documentation database that supports the Anza platform with accurate and up-to-date supplier information.

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Compile & manage PV supplier documentation to support online platform accuracy
• Establish an improved data filing structure to optimize accessibility of documentation
• Implement and maintain a document tracking process to ensure validity and status of data
• Lead & support continuous improvement activities involving the data life cycle
• Improve upon the data standards and communicate with the Module Sourcing Team and Suppliers directly on how to meet or exceed the requirements
• Supports relationship and data sharing activities with 3rd party testing facilities
• Other duties as assigned

While no one individual will possess them all, the successful candidate will bring many of the following experiences, skills, and attributes:

• Have demonstrated an ability to structure and quality control data
• Proficient in Google and/or Windows platforms
• Solar knowledge is preferred, but not required
• Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus, but also not required
• Be comfortable working on a small team in a fast-paced environment 
• Excitement about growing along with a fast-paced, dynamic company; comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to build, experiment, and iterate when the path forward is undefined
• A passion for renewable energy, addressing the climate crisis, and accelerating the clean energy transformation
