Plant Human Resources InternWe have an opportunity for a Plant Human Resources Intern at our Arlington, TX location, starting immediately.Primary Job ResponsibilitiesHelp maintain team member filesAssist HR Department with various audits as requestedAssist with Attendance tracking and COVID callsConduct follow-up meetings with hiring managersHRIS (Ceridian Dayforce) related dutiesTrack and communicate status of assigned tasks and projectsTrack attendanceAll other duties as assignedExpectationsMust be self-motivated and able to work independentlyEffective interpersonal, verbal/written communication skillsHighly organized, analytical, and detail-orientedMust be able to manage multiple tasks and follow deadlinesExpected workload: 40 hours per week, flexible scheduleQualifications and ExperienceExperience using technology and teaching others how to use technologyPrevious work experience preferredCapable and willing to call TM's and follow up with COVID and attendance issuesHighly proficient in Microsoft Office suiteSpanish or Vietnamese speaking preferred, but not required
