Six Flags Theme Parks is Hiring a Human Resources Office Clerk-Intern Near Arlington, TX
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Activation of New/Returning Hires, International Hires, and Lessee/Vendor Employees in UKG-HR System
Checks for and inputs status changes such as pay rate changes, a/c transfers, address updates, direct deposits, and various other status changes in UKG-HR System
Tracks and reports on orientation and department training status and updates
Uploading and filing completed documents and make copies when requested
Assist with planning and execution of Employee Relations Events
Assist with instant recognition program Team Six
Maintaining stocks with administrative supplies, receiving and counting inventory
Support all other areas of HR and any other duties assigned by Management
Provide superb guest-service to our employees
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS:
Be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
High school diplomat or equivalent-some college preferred, but not required
Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, vibrant team environment
General knowledge or willingness to learn UKG, Employee Attendance & Security, Optimum 8
Friendly, outgoing personality, and desire to interact with Team Members and address their needs
1 years experience in data entry or administrative type work preferred-but not required
Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral format
Be flexible and adaptable to change, as well as the ability and willingness to assist in other aspects of Human Resources and park operations.
