**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Ancenta. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and exceptional customer service. This is a part-time position located at our office in St. Louis, MO.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement efficient operational strategies and procedures to optimize productivity and meet organizational goals

- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance and growth

- Directly supervise cleaning technicians and contractors – plan their schedules based on customer needs.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes

- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of products, ensuring appropriate levels are maintained

- Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand, plan production schedules, and ensure timely delivery of products and services

- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including sales reports, inventory reports, and financial statements

- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction, implementing innovative solutions

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

- Foster a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement, motivation, and development

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the cleaning industry

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively

- Proficient in using various software applications, including MS Office Suite

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, but not required

- Availability to work part-time hours

**Salary Range:**

The salary for this part-time position is commensurate, based on qualifications and experience.
