Your Impact

• Manage workplace services across global site locations, including access management, required repairs, shipping/receiving, food/beverage, and office supplies, event planning and safety. and with IT, support company equipment retrieval.
• Provide leadership and guidance to all workplace services and maintenance teams, including day-to-day operations like planning and scheduling work, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance and facilities management plans that ensure optimal performance, safety, and efficiency of all buildings.
• Effectively work in partnership with Real Estate and with the global organization in developing and executing cost and capital plans, ensuring alignment between region and business units.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality work and cost-effective solutions.
• Manage the budget for workplace services and maintenance, ensuring that all expenses are within budget and that resources are allocated effectively.
• Establish appropriate corporate security and building security protocols and risk controls.
• Ensure that all facilities comply with applicable health and safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of employees in a crisis.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading and managing workplace services, or a related field with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Requires a highly motivated, dynamic, and customer-centric leader who thrives in a challenging and changing environment.
• Proven experience developing, implementing, and managing strategic plans and budgets for facilities and workplace experience at a large scale that aligns with Anaplan's growth and business objectives.
• Strong experience in project management.
• Experience in managing contracts with vendors and service providers.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully influence people and teams at all levels with and without direct authority.
• Proven success in building employee engagement; creating, communicating, and building understanding of a shared vision in our effort to build a winning culture.
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts and ambiguity to drive clarity and deliver results.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards.
