The Sr. Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and office support services to Vice Presidents and other Senior Staff (“senior staff”) for the Los Angeles office. The Sr. Administrative Assistant works on various projects, specific to local office, and interacts frequently with consulting and administrative staff at all levels. The Sr. Administrative Assistant is also a member of the administrative team, providing support to the office manager with office and firm-wide projects and activities. 

Job Functions and Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Executive Support & Travel – Provide dedicated administrative and consulting support to the senior staff. Independently manage executive calendars/schedules and client contact/interaction. In connection with Corporate Travel Planner, manage travel for senior staff and clients, as needed. Manage expense reporting for senior staff. In some cases, assist in new case set-ups (inputs case leads and conversion forms). Work with administrative teams and marketing to update practice area related documents. 
  • Meeting & Event Support – In collaboration with the Office Manager, assist with the coordination of scheduling, logistics, and related tasks for meetings and office events, both on-site and off-site, including client meetings, case team dinners, and office events. 
  • Marketing Support – Provide client contact management support for senior staff. Independently manage holiday card and client year-end gift process. Proactively update and edit senior staff CVs and submit updated CVs to Marketing. 
  • General Administration – Involved in a broad range of support related to day to day operations. Provide general administrative support and may be assigned a range of case, administrative, and firm wide projects as appropriate such as coordinating staff review schedules. Ability to set-up and manage audiovisual equipment. 

Travel Requirements:

  • No travel required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of substantive relevant experience required. An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in a professional business environment preferred.
  • Advanced PC capability using Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred. 
  • Ability to interact with executive and senior level staff. 
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, who takes initiative with minimal supervision. 
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate tasks as needed. 
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship or restriction, now and in the future. 

Analysis Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $76,000. Employees are eligible for a discretionary yearly bonus that depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
