Amyx is seeking to hire a Training Manager to support our DOJ Civilian Help Desk contract in the Washington, DC area.
Ensure accuracy of training materials prior to distribution.
Communicate and present a technical subject matter in an understandable, coherent manner.
Minimum 6 years of experience in supervising trainers and technical writer.
Minimum 6 years training and development, instructional design, teaching, or related work.
Shall poses the following certifications:i. A help desk management certification for example Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) to obtain technical and non-technical skillsets required to effectively and efficiently manage help desk operations.ii. A training management certification for example Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) which provide skillsets to design and manage enterprise training program to meet government goals and customer needs.
