Position: Training Director
Reporting to: Vice President, Victim Services
Compensation Range: $110,000-$125,000
Join RAINN, a leading organization in supporting survivors of sexual assault, as our Training Director. As a pivotal member of our Victim Services management team, you'll spearhead the entire training lifecycle, from assessment to evaluation, for both staff and volunteers of our esteemed National Sexual Assault Hotline and DoD Safe Helpline. RAINN Office Status: This position is based in Washington, DC. Please note that RAINN staff are temporarily working remotely. We will be going back into the office. Please note that we are exploring a potential hybrid work model, which may require occasional office and remote work to support our collaborative efforts in 2024.
