Overview

Amyx is searching for a dedicated Cybersecurity or Information Technology Data Analyst to work on our DOE NNSA Amyx contract.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be tasked with assessing and interpreting organizational cybersecurity data, analyzing IT/OT/data gaps in information collected from our NNSA sites, remaining vigilant of industry trends, and determining data relevancy. As an internal analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping strategic initiatives for the NNSA OCIO. The ideal candidate should have experience in cyber security, IT/OT, or a related field, with proficiency in managing, analyzing, mining, and interpreting data. Familiarity with NIST cybersecurity frameworks and FISMA is essential. Additionally, candidates must exhibit advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications and demonstrate exceptional writing, editing, and communication abilities. 

Qualifications

• Substantial experience with data collection and management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products and technology systems-- specifically, PowerBI and SharePoing workflow implementation.
• Active Q or TS clearance is required.

• 6 years of experience is preferred.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Proven track record of effective consultative skills and processes.
• Ability to build strong relationships across diverse groups.
• Demonstrated experience managing and delivering simultaneous projects.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, especially in conveying technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Advanced understanding of NIST cybersecurity frameworks and data calls within the Government sector.
• Must have the ability to communicate accurate information
