Position Overview:
You can be an important part of reducing health inequality and helping assemble our new Health and Wellness center. This role will be instrumental in the development and implementation of a health center whose mission is to provide culturally competent health care for our Black and African American members. We are hiring Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians to join our team. The Center will be comprised of a dedicated team of clinicians and staff that provide primary care services to our African American and Black patients in a space that is welcoming and community-focused. Within the Center there is an emphasis on screening and prevention, aiming to increase providing culturally responsive care to African American and Black patients and/or supporting BIPOC community support orgase our cultural humility and spread best practices across our community. We are seeking physicians who have experience, along with demonstrated experience addressing racial health disparities and improving health outcomes of African American and Black patients.
What you can expect:
$320,000 to $386,000 – Projected Annual Total Rewards Value*
- Salary: $236,500 to $268,800
- 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; the partner healthcare facility contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution)
- 90% employer-paid health plan
- Paid annual education leave $2K annual education allowance
- Primary Care Panel Incentive - $20K
In addition to the Projected Annual Total Rewards value, New Hire Incentives include:
- Student loan assistance programs - up to $125K
- Relocation allowance - up to $15K
