We are looking for an experienced Family or Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner to join our functional medicine family.

We are an integrative medical clinic that offers patients more treatment options by utilizing conventional and alternative treatments. We specialize in hormone balance in men and women using bioidentical hormones, primary care, nutrition, weight loss, IV therapy, PRF, and women’s health. An ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years primary care or urgent care experience and an understanding of functional medicine concepts. We do not require functional medicine certification. We can help mentor and train the rest!
This position required in-person interaction with patients and therefore we are not hiring for remote work or hybrid work at this time.

• Hold and maintain an active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license for the duration of your employment.
• Hold an active AANP or ANCC certification and remain certified during the duration of your employment.
• Graduated from an accredited university.

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses.
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients.
• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures.
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
