Responsibilities
As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will:
- Oversee and provide appropriate outpatient detox services, medical consultation and referral as needed.
- Act as liaison between medical and treatment team.
- Provide education, related to medical issues and detox.
- Participate in the on-call duties with other members of the medical team as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- Licensed to practice in Oregon at the time of hire
- PMHNP Board Certification
- Clinical experience in addiction medicine
- Minimum of two years freedom from chemical use problems
Preferred
- 2 or more years of experience in psychiatry and addiction
